We deeply appreciate your contribution toward our social welfare initiatives. Since our organization works for charitable and community purposes, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a donation.
1. Donations

All donations made to SHRI RUDRRA MANAV KALYAN SEVA SANSTHAN are non-refundable.

Once a donation is made successfully through our website or any other payment method, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as it is immediately used for ongoing welfare activities and programs.

Donors are requested to verify all details before completing the donation process.
2. Duplicate Transactions
If a donor accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same cause, please contact us immediately. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the same account from which the donation was made, within 7–10 working days.
3. Failed or Cancelled Transactions
If the payment fails due to a technical error, and the amount has been debited from your bank account, please contact us with the payment details. We will coordinate with the payment gateway to resolve the issue.
4. Event or Program Fees
In case of registration for any event, training, or awareness program organized by our NGO:

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

In exceptional cases (like event cancellation by the NGO), the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
