Women's Skill and Employment Scheme

This project is dedicated to empowering women by providing them with demand-driven vocational training and entrepreneurship skills. We establish training centers in rural and semi-urban areas, offering courses in fields such as tailoring, embroidery, handicraft production, digital literacy, beauty services, and food processing. Beyond skill acquisition, the program focuses on market linkages, helping women sell their products, connect with employers, or establish their own micro-enterprises. The aim is to foster economic independence, enhance their income-generating capabilities, and elevate their status within their families and communities.
